Bio-Terrain Metabolic Assessment - Urine
This system is a collection of over 15 important tests specially selected to reveal the status of the nutritional and biological terrain; the pH, intestinal health, free radical activity (need for anti-oxidants), the status of specific minerals & vitamins, and much more are checked. This helps prioritize for better effectiveness of your nutritional supplements, as well as dietary choices. Progress is easily monitored by the practitioner and client, which allows the client more involvement in the course of their health.

Hormone Panels – Saliva

GI Pathogen Screen – Stool
The GI Pathogen Screen tests for bowel/tissue infections that may be responsible for compromised digestion, absorption, nutritional deficiencies, toxicity, active and/or chronic illness and degenerative disease. This panel measures dopamine, serotonin, GABA and epinephrine, norepinephrine as well as cortisols. Serotonin modulates levels of stress hormones and is the precursor of melatonin. GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter is associated with insomnia, anxiety and depression. Dopamine is necessary for relaxation and mental alertness. Epinephrine and norepinephrine are both stress hormones released in response to a perceived threat and have been related to blood pressure and heart rate.

How it works
The VeraDyne Avatar as with all CEDS instruments uses a probe to measure skins electrical resistance at acupuncture points. The controlling computer displays the probe readings as a graph during testing and records the responses for later analysis. To perform a test the client is stimulating with energetic signature patterns generated from the computer database while a reading is taken with the probe. Where a stimulus causes a deviation in readings this indicates an issue between the substance being tested and the subject. Using this basic principle the VeraDyne Avatar can perform a wide range of health assessments and use the power of the computer to accelerate the process.
